Welcome to Stockholm Blocks, my take on a well known video game. It can be played on a computer, tablet or phone. At the moment, a computer is recommended. The game has a few bugs that may manifest on some phones and tablets. I am working on fixing those.

Controls

The controls will work like the classic version of the game, with features like DAS implemented.

Computers

You play with the keyboard. The following keys apply:

←Move piece left
→Move piece right
↓Soft drop piece
ZRotate piece left
XRotate piece right
RRestart game

Phones and tablets

  • Play with the screen in portrait (upright) mode, so better to use the screen space.
  • Use the on-screen virtual buttons to control the game are found in the lower right and lower left corners of the screen.
  • Tap or long-press the virtual buttons to move one step or more. Rotation buttons can only be tapped.
  • It is not expected that you manage to achieve hypertapping or rolling on touch devices. Please, don't try! :)
